Police and Community Consultative Meetings

Police and Community Consultative Meetings are public meetings that are held in order to improve links with local communities and to identify and address areas of concern. Each meeting is Chaired by a Police Authority Member.

Meetings take place four times a year in each of the Constabulary's 17 Neighbourhood Inspector areas and are attended by a team of local officers, led by an Inspector and a member of the Police Authority.

During 2007 a total of 1197 people attended 68 PCCM's across Gloucestershire, to raise and discuss local policing issues.

Click here for forthcoming PCCM dates across the county. If there is no date set for your area, (usually because a meeting has just taken place), please contact the Co-ordinator who will be happy to put you on their mailing list.

If you would like the agenda/minutes of any PCCM meeting please contact the co-ordinator directly, or contact the Authority office. Minutes are available on our web site - click here for a list.

Periodically we have vacancies for PCCM Coordinators who provide the administration for 4 public meetings each year in community venues. If you are interested in becoming a PCCM co-ordinator please email Sarah Stanley sarahstanley@glos-pa.gov.uk to register your interest for future vacancies.
