Asking a Public Question

Members of the public are entitled to ask a public question at full Authority meetings, or Authority Committees, relating to the work of the Authority or its statutory functions. Questions should be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive at least three clear working days prior to the meeting.

If the person raising the question attends the meeting, the question will be read out and responded to by the Authority's Chair, or the Committee Chair, and this will be recorded in the minutes of the meeting. If the person raising the question is not able to attend we will provide them with a written response.
